Kevin has been involved with Better Hearing for over 35 years, initially supporting the practice behind the scenes after marrying Linda. He was the practice’s printer and designer for many years. Throughout this time, Kevin also attended and audited many of the same conference classes as Linda, gaining valuable industry experience. Following his retirement, Kevin transitioned to a front-facing role as Patient Outreach Coordinator. Alongside Deb, our Patient Care Coordinator, he ensures that newsletters, texts, emails, and other communications reach our patients in a timely manner.

His extensive background attending industry conferences and supporting the practice enables him to effectively communicate important updates to our patients, making him a valuable asset to our team.
